Our Human Resources Consulting services can help your organization by taking care of projects that you can't seem to make time for, such as writing or updating your employment hand book, drafting day-to-day working policies, job descriptions or writing job search ads, etc.. We work with you to identify areas of need and improvement, develop a customized plan, and implement those changes to optimize your business.
HR Legal Compliance Assessment - Flat fee
We can help by performing a full HR Assessment of your current HR operations, while identifying and mitigating business risks by performing a gap analysis of federal, state and local HR compliance issues.
Training - Hourly
LML Groupe HR Consulting can perform initial (and annual refresher ) trainings covering sexual harassment and retaliation as well as Title VII discrimination training. If you have other topics you would like us to create training for - let's discuss what you have in mind and we will create a training to meet your specific needs.
Interim HR Coverage - Special Contract
Sometimes organizations just want someone 'in the seat' to do the job on an interim basis , maybe to help set up an operational HR foundation, get policies documented and in place and/or to interview/hire staff. With adequate lead time, LML Groupe can arrange for that kind of support for up to three month contractual periods at a time (depending upon our availability).
